- Free updates of minor releases of Knowledge Platform
- Discounts on major releases of Knowledge Platform

All Knowledge Platform users may purchase additional support on a "per-incident" basis. These services are
offered for the identified incident until it is resolved or closed and include:

- Unlimited responsive and convenient email support.
